hello i want to ask if my container database on my node 1 and i want to create pluggable database on node 2 so how can i create this...

You are talking about a RAC database? It doesn't matter which node you work on. A pluggable database is nothing more than a service and a set of tablespaces.

thanks for you reply i want to know if i want to create pluggable on node 2 how can i register this pluggable database with this my container database that is situated on my node 1 database..no its not my rac database..

There is only one database. You can't distribute it across two nodes (unless you use RAC and shared storage).
