Hi I am very new to IT, I just wanted to know can we copy a file from one location to the other location in UNIX.
Ques:-
I have to copy backup files to "A" location,
The .sh file runs every day at 11 pm, and stores this as a backup at location A. Now while storing todays backup file at location A, it needs to remove the old backup-ed file from that location.(Which means the latest backup file must be present at location A ,any time).
Can any one suggest me how to proceed with this further in UNIX
