Hi,
Can you please tell me the action plan about
"How to Migrate Oracle 11gR2 32bit to 11gR2 64bit on Microsoft Windows"
Currently we are having Microsoft Windows Server 2003 standard Edition service pack 2 and we are trying to migrate it to microsoft windows server 2008 Release 2 standard Edition

What parameters are you talking about?
DO a full database export.
Create a new database in the new 64 bit server
Import your exported database to the new database.
Else you can try another option. DO a cold copy of your data files and restore to your new database as you do in a clone. I am not sure if it will work but I think it may work.
