I guess by default, oracle is creating the database using DBCA method with size 2 GB. If I want the database size to be 300 GB, what should I do?

Databases don't have a size as such. Particular components do.
Which bits do you want to make 300G?
Do just need to add some datafiles?

Do you mean to say if i add datafiles and store data worth of 300 GB, then the database size will show as 300 GB?
