Dear all,
Some one says that it should configure multi service_name in a database,i don't know what the purpose is, some one can explain it?

what exactly is 'it"?

You can then follow the activity for each service.
You also can stop and start services when the other services (and the instance/database) are still alive.

Michel,the 4 service_names are reside in a database, i can not understand your says:

how can i stop oss1 and let oss2 still alive? because there are in the same db.
