12560 tns protocol adapter error [message #541187]

hii,,
i got error 12560 tns protocol adapter error while creating my global database by using Database Configuration Assistant ..
i tried all the solutions but no one helpful for me show me the best way to move out this stuff.. in my services also only tnsservice is running no any oracleServices are running... please reply me soon.....

You need to provide more information about your problem. For example:
What Oracle services were created? Are they started? If not, why not?
When do you get the tns-12560 error?
Was the database actually created?
What is in the DBCA log file?

ya so listen,
m using Vista Business 32bit os
installing s/w Oracle10gR2
m creating my database by using start->program->oracle_home1->
Configuration & migration tool -> Database Configuration Assistant
so ,
while creating my database orcl i mentioned my steps

1. next
2. selecting CREATE DATABASE next ->
3. selecting GENERAL PURPOSE next->
4. Global Database Name "orcl.oracle.com" (domain name ) & sid is comming by default..
5. next
6. selecting password "sysdb" selected as common password next->
7.selecting file System next->
8. selecting Database file location from template.. next->
9. checked on "specify recovery Area" next->
10. next->
11. next->
12 Finish
13. Then i got one conformation msg OK-->
14 Then while starting my database creation as well as services i got this headache error "12560: ...."

First, in a professional forum, please try to write the best English you can. You will get more and better answers, because many members do not have English as a first language, and phrases such asQuote:

This is mentioned in the forum guide.

The messages in your log file make it look as though you are trying to create a RAC database, which you can't do unless you are running on a cluster.
