You could have just tried it already.
According to those permissions only the oracle user can write to that file.

Worry about what? You are unable to get any knowledge and skill and are too lazy to get them and search by yourself?
I worry about dump questions for this site (and anyone you post) not about you, I'm now sure you will stay.
I worry about the job you steal to those that are more likely be able to do it when you are just able to ask others to do it for you.

... And I'm still waiting for you to answer the questions I asked you in other topîcs (and sites).

Regards
Michel

If you are not interested to answer by question, dont answer.

If you are not interested in following the guide then don't post.
If you are not interested in Oracle, Unix or anything in computing world then leave it.
Note that there are surely some domains where you have or can have some skille but computer is not one of them.

Michel
