Hi,

How to find out the database TNSNAMES.ora file if there are multiple
.ora files with different names in Oracle_home/network/admin directory ?

and the answer is









































it is the file with the filename of "tnsnames.ora"!

I mean the file name was like this.
tnsnames.ora2001
tnsnames.ora_Ak_1
tnsnames.ora_Ak_2

So what got confused.

Ask your question to the person who made these files; not us.
Oracle RDBMS only use "tnsnames.ora" file; period & end of statement.
anyone can make file with any name & Oracle will ignore any & all other file other than "tnsnames.ora".
