could anybody help me to estimate the percentage of memory should
i can allocate from the total physical memory (it is 6G)
as attached in the image file as a print screen.

Why don't you want to not use some memory you bought?

I mean the memory i should allocate for oracle during the custom installation
look at the attached image after u change the file extension from txt to bmp,u will got me
