Hi,

Can I use OFA and Raid system together for Oracle 11g in Windows 2008 Server?
I am installing the OS in C drive. Please suggest me where to install the oracle, location for Oracle_Base, number of logical and physical drive required, size of each etc.
I am planning to use
Raid 1 - Controlfile, redolog file and archive log file
Raid 1+0 - Datafiles

Also I want to multiplex virtual memory page also.

Thanks in advance

Why don't you use ASM and OMF?

Options: Java, RAC, Spatial, interMedia... these determines the size of the SYSTEM and SYSAUX tablespaces. Count 1GB for each of them and UNDO tablespace depends on the size of the concurrent transactions.
You have a very small system. Put all on one (mirrored) disk.
