I am upgrading my server from 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4.
in DST check the timezone values returned is 2 and not 4.
I have checked using utltzpv4.sql and the jobs returned are as below.
Owner table_name Column_Name.
SYS SCHEDULER$_JOB LAST_ENABLED_TIME
SYS SCHEDULER$_JOB START_DATE
SYS SCHEDULER$_WINDOW LAST_START_DATE

Can any one please guide what to do....I dont have any userdata using TSTZ or TSLTZ.

There is a Metalink note about this point and related ones saying what to do in different cases.
Search for DST and you will find it.

Dear Michel,
I have the document of metalink.
I have gone through the same.
It says to ignore the DST related section in update if database does not have any TSTZ and TSLTZ data and the jobs returned in the query are scheduler_Jobs.
Means i just need to ignore the DST section and proceed with the patch update. Will it really update the database in proper way ??

I made the DST upgrade about 5 years ago, as far as I remember if you follow what is said in the document you will have no problem.
