Hi,
We are applying PSU JAN 2011 patch 10349197 on windows server 2007.
While applying the patch we are getting the below error.
Following files are active :
E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\bin\oraclient10.dll

E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\bin\oran10.dll
E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\bin\oranl10.dll

in the Oracle Home

Its not an rac. We stopped all the services running on this server.
Any inputs?
OS: Windows
DB : Oracle 10g

We are getting same error even when we rollback.
