Hi,

I am using the oracle 11g on windows server 2003 server. and front end application is running in java. and There are lot of trm and trc files in the oracle dump area.

How can i stop them to recreate becuase the massage written in trc and trm file is not understandable to me.

can some one help me in this ?

Turn off SQL tracing.

For that you will most likely have to find out where tracing is enabled in the application and why.

Hi,

I have chceked at DB level tracing is off i.e sql_trace = false

So can you please tell me how can I check whose creating the trc and trm files

What sort of things are in the trc files?
Are they deadlocks?
