Please help me findout and to fill up the excel which lists down the Database schemas and states whether they have in active / or not.

Active state may be determined whether it has been used for the last 3 months or so. The last updated time may be a good indicator of the same.
if have script to findout this please share with me

No built-in way to do it.
You have to do it by yourself.

For instance, you can use v$segment_statistics.
