Is there a specific reason for you to install this ancient version?

ok, too bad.
I don't have an 8i installatin lying around anymore (and not really planning to create one), so I cannot help you out here.
Maybe others can.

As it has been said in your previous topic (http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/475113/102589/#msg_475113) 8i is not and was never certified nor supported on Windows 2003.

You can create as many topics as you want, the answer will be the same one.
You have to change your Windows or Oracle version (or, better, both).

Michel
