After the completion of oracle11g installation i couldn't enter into 'sqlplus' prompt.i'm getting the following error.,..

sqlplus error while loading shared libraries libclntsh .cannot open shared object file

what to do?

Does your Operating System have a name & version?

please use COPY & PASTE so we can see what you do & exactly how Oracle responds

Please mention on which operatiing system you installed Oracle 11g and it would be more helpful if you paste the screenshot of the error you are getting.
