hi every one

can anyone please tell me or give some links where i can find an alert log errors so whenever they occur in my RAC so i can comprehend them very well. or someone can guide me through some common errors .i am trying to know that what can be the errors when u have RAC with ASM and SAN .little worried about the alert errors as i am not confident to understand them .

please help me if someone have that error log or some guide

sir can u suggest a specific book etc or some exercise so i can apply that on test database, for example, doing some intentional configuration mistake or anything else, so as result an alert log will be populated with errors or warning etc.
sir what i am saying may sound stupid but i have to understand i have to have good name as professional among my colleagues and that is my right sir.

No point in doing it.
It is just an error message most probably well documented.
Just install a test database, start doing the exercises/samples in docos.
You will learn.
